Marc Page, Petersham, MA

My wife Sandy and I began our involvement with llamas in 1990. We currently own and operate Sputtermill Ranch Llamas in Petersham, Massachusetts. Off the farm, I am employed as a Job Developer for Developmentally Disabled Adults. I believe strongly that the way to promote llamas to the public is through educational programs and consequently spend many hours volunteering my time within the llama community. A major emphasis of my educational programs is herd management, care, and training for the overall welfare and well being of the llama. Those who know me are aware that I have been a vocal supporter of the llama breeder providing new owners with comprehensive initial education and follow up support. As District 5 Representative I have communicated with the membership through my District 5 Report in the Newsletter. I hope members will feel free to contact me whenever they have a question about the organization, to make suggestions, or to volunteer their talents.
